Minimum wage
As of May 1st, 2022, the national minimum wage for those aged 18 to 65 is CLP 380,000 monthly — the highest minimum wage in Latin America.
Frequency
Salaries must be paid once a month.
Payday
Salaries must be paid on or before the last working day of every month.
